The last personal training session I did was just a high pressure sales pitch to get me to pay for more sessions. No thank you! The best way to get fit and maintain it is to find something you enjoy doing and isn't a chore. I love step aerobics. It is a workout that I look forward to. My phlposoihy is that each person has to find their own workout that they enjoy whether it is hiking, biking, dancing, running, playing sports or whatever.
